I have a temporary job helping someone organize his personal library. I thought it was for seforim, but he's apparently a collector, and has a lot of books ranging from problematic to outright apokorsus. He at least says he is Orthodox, I think he is, and doesn't seem to give cedence to these books, i dont know. Should i quit? If so, should i tell him why?

Halachicly you dont have to quit. Youre not causing him to read those books. You dont have to lose your Parnasa over this.

Halachic obligations aside, in therms of the right thing to do, make believe that these books weren't Apikorsus but pornography. You wouldn't have to quit your job over that either, al pi Halachah. What would you do then? Apikorsus books are not better than pornography. If the former would disgust you to the point of not wanting anything to do with it, then the latter should as well.

Mind shattering...thank you Rabbi Shapiro! A million times, thank you!
