Sometimes I forget.
It's as tho I'm lost in time
I forget to remember
Who I am and why.

I forget abt the tapestry
The huge one this day is part of
I zoom into one little stitch
And get scared by its darkness.

Sometimes I forget
It's all a master plan
So what if today is dark and grey,
Deep down I know I can.

I will survive. I will hold on.
I can withstand this storm.
All I need to do is pray
And remember Who it's from.

He Who sends it is the One
Who knows I will withstand
For He's the One Who is so proud
When I pass His test so grand.

Sometimes I forget
I get lost in the despair
I forget that He has faith in me
And how much He does care.

So on a difficult day amidst the storm
I'll look up to you and say
Thank you to Hashem up there
For EVERY KIND of day.
