Is there a way that Person A can do Teshuva for repeating Rechilus,

 

if Person B, from whom he repeated the Rechilus, was subsequently Niftar;

 

so Person A can't ask Person B for forgiveness,

 

even though Person A can still confess the sin to Hashem.

There is such a thing as asking forgiveness at a kever. Mourning books should have the text, it may sound uncomfortable but its really not, people really understand.
