If someone loses olam haba because he did certain sins and never atoned for them, can he still get sachar for his mitzvot?

1. What causes one to lose Olam Habah and how can he regain it?

2. How can one get rewarded for the schar he earned by doing mitzvos if he lost his olam habah?

Light, I believe that is a machlokes, see here

Menorah,

1. There is a list in Rambam hilchos teshuva 3:6, but he specifies teshuvah always helps

2. In this world. Rav Miller points out that the good in this world is so much that it should take up all our zechuyos. Just, Hashem has mercy and it is given to us to help us with our mission in this world.

Michtav Meliyahu has a piece on this, if i remember ill try to look iy up.

Basically, he says that everyone's reward is based on what they have a connection and interest in. a rasha has no connection to spirituality, nor any interest in a spiritual reward
