Is it possible to do teshuvah for hitting parents c''v?

Yes, Hashem always accepts every teshuva. Make sure you remember to ask mechilah from them too and then try to resolve to never do it again.

Isnt there somewhere in the Torah that says something like if you make your parents bruise or bleed, its chaiov misah?

Yes. Teshuva still applies.
