The Midrash Says Moshe Rabainu was born circumcised.....so had did Batya not notice that he was a Jewish baby?

She did, but took him anyway

so she never let her servants change baby Moshe Rabeynu? Ok, I guess that is theoretically possible.

She had yocheved as his nursemaid, she presumably did all that. And, as the mitzrim had gotten circumcised under Yosef, it's possible some continued it for health reasons, though i doubt it. Though I think there was a midrash suggesting others new he was  from the hebrews but didnt see any reason to worry.

so they werent worried that maybe he was the goel? I dont buy that.

Again, its likely no one else saw. But as far as they knew, the goel was drowned.
