I have a good friend from college who is Lubavitch. We have developed a great relationship and she has come to my house for Shabbos one time. We almost never discuss anything related to Lubavitch vs. mainstream Judaism, just other topics related to school, family, hobbies, etc. She has asked me many times to come to her house for Shabbos- is there any issue with me going?

Well, if she is a yechi-nik, which most lubavs are even though they deny this, it might be an issue....I used to eat by a Lubavitch family, but then stopped going after the head of the household started singing yechi adonenu at the table. Not making this up, this really happened. I have nothing to do with chabad.

Heres a good site about chabad:identifyingchabad.org.
