how do we know for sure, as a fact that everything Hashem says is true? just because it's written in the Torah How do we know that that's real??

Which generation lied to its kids? Why did the entire nation accept the lie full-heartedly when you know how argumentive and stubborn Jews are? Was it a big conspiracy? How can every single Jew agree to take part in the conspiracy when Jews can never agree on anything?
