As far as I know, shirts must adhere to the halachos of tznius (i.e. collarbone, elbows, nothing clingy or loud), and skirts must be 4 inches below the knee, minimum. Knee socks or tights are not required. Denim is allowed. This is what I was told by girls who went to Michlalah few years ago, but it's possible that the rules have changed.

The michlalah dress code is:
cover your knees sitting and standing (the regular classroom desks all have boards in front to block your knees, but classes in the beit knesset and upper classrooms don't)
cover your elbows, collarbones
obviously shirts touch your skirts
in terms of socks and stockings: no one is really sure. it seems the rule is officially that open toed shoes need something. and not long skirts need socks/stockings. but long skirts you can wear without socks.
no clear rules about what the shirts or skirts can look like though as long as they cover and are tznius
they are very makpid about tznius though- dr rosenwasser stands at the door every morning and does watch

Hi Shifpifer
As far as i know, i think that the dress code is fairly relaxed, u know, as long as skirts cover knees, elbows covered, I'm sure you'll be fine. Everyone there wears all diff things. Some wear shirts, but it's not a must. Maybe ask around from others that you know has gone there.
I know a link where you could view a pic. online of the girls this year...Am i allowed 2 post it?!?!
Good Luck
