If a "Modern Orthodox" person became more Torah-observant and learned more Torah and realized that, due to his previous lack of Torah observance and lack of Torah knowledge,

he may have transgressed the laws of Ribbis, due to either taking or giving:

1) Is there a Tikun for him, so that he can still be resurrected in the time of Moshiach,

2) and if he firmly decides that from now on, he will abide by the Torah laws of Ribbis and take any questions he has to a Rov, so that in the future, he will NOT C"V transgress the laws of Ribbis?

3) As a Tikun, can he pray to Hashem to make him lose any money that he may have gained by accidentally trangressing the laws of Ribbis, so that he will not be in possession of that money anymore, and that he will no longer benefit from that money?

Thank you.

If he does Teshuva he will be resurrected.

he should try to return the money t the person he took it from. If he can't because he can't track down the victims, he should donate the money to public needs, such as a Mikvah for instance.
