If you keep the first half of the Omer, I know you're allowed to listen to music during Chol Hamoed Pesach, but what about Rosh Chodesh?

I am not familiar with that particular group, but if the computer enhancement make the singing sound more musical than it does in real life, you should not listen to it.Is acapella music that is made and changed to be computer generated usser to listen to during sefira? For example, music that A.K.A. pella makes?
Recorded music is problematic on Sefirah because the device playing the music is itself an instrument - no different than a synthesizer, for example. But when the device is merely playing voices singing without any musical accompaniment, then we do not treat the reproduced sounds stricter than we would if the sounds were live. A synthesizer can play music but it can also play noise. and where the Halachos of Sefirah is concerned, plain singing is not considered music.
However, if those voices are electronically changed to something more enhanced than voices, it would be considered synthesized music, and has the same status as any other synthesized music.
