L'Chvod Rabbi Shapiro, Shlita:

I recently participated in a 40-day Tehilim group for people to get married;

and before we said the Tehilim each day, we recited a Tifila in Hebrew, as follows:

"Ribono Shel Olam, B'Zchus HaTzidakah VaAmiras Mizmoray Tihilim, U'B'Zchus Tifilas Rabim,
Ana T'Orer Rachamay Shamayim al Ploni ben Plonis, U'Plonis bas Plonis,
liftoach mazalam l'hazmin lahem es zivugam HaAmeetee, B'Shaah Tova, B'Karov Mamash, Amen!

V'Yizku L'Chayay Neesuin Mutzlachim U'Meusharim, l'vanai chayai u'mizonai riveechai, amen, kayn yihee ratzon."

Regarding the printed version of this Tifila, which I kept in my Tehilim Sefer:

1) Should the printed version be put into Shaimos?

2) Or should it be put into a plastic bag and thrown out with regular garbage?

Thank you.

I forgot to ask in my first post:

Is it alright also to put the printed sheet into a shredder?

Thank you.
