What does this means. I understand the words but what is the underlying meaning?
Thanks

The simple meaning is "everlasting," and the literal translation is "unchanging." It means that the new union should be the beginning of an everlasting, new home in Klall Yisroel. There are many other explanations as well, but this is the simplest.
The word נאמן is from the same root as אמונה, which means literally "steadfast," as in וַיְהִי יָדָיו אֱמוּנָה עַד בֹּא הַשָּׁמֶשׁ. It means to not change.
The phrase בית נאמן comes from Tanach, for example: ספר שמואל א פרק ב - וּבָנִיתִי לוֹ בַּיִת נֶאֱמָן וְהִתְהַלֵּךְ לִפְנֵי מְשִׁיחִי כָּל הַיָּמִים.
