This includes dancing as usual.

dancing on shabbos? isnt that always asur?

If a shul Davens Maariv before Tzais, you should change shoes then

i think the rav meant "not" change...

before Eichah, we make Baorei M’Orei Ha”Eish

when do women hear it?

Dancing on Shabbos is a Machlokes. That's why I said "as usual." Whatever you do during the year you can do on Tisha B'Av.

I fixed the typo (thank you) and added that women who stay home should make Borei Morei HaEish at home on their own.

Cholim, women, and Ketanim that are of Chinuch age that are eating on Tisha B'Av should make Havdalah, preferably on beer but if not, on wine. They should just make Shehakol (or Borei Pri Hagafen) and the Bracha of Hamavdil.

Chaim613 asked this but it was accidentally deleted:
Are pregnant or nursing women permitted to eat when fast is pushed to Sunday?

Answer: There is more leniency this year because it is a Nidcheh, and there is more leniency for Sefardim than Ahskenazim. However, because the criteria for breaking the fast - such as "feeling weak" or "sick" etc. etc. - are often subjective and open to exploitation, I am recommending that any woman who is pregnant, nursing, or has a child less than two years old that has such a question should speak to their own Rav on their own.
