sorry this is so random, but this is the "other" forum, and i'm getting desperate...
basically, i have a psak to go to e"y this year, or at the very least, to not stay in my house. different things kept coming up, but the end result is, i'm in a school for next year in teh holy land, but i don't have a place to live. so a few things:
* i heard about a place called the midrasha in ramot, but i can't find any information on it. supposedly it's a frum place with classes twice a week at night where frum girls who are working/in college can stay and it's cheap-does anyone know anything about it?

*does anyone have any other ideas wehre i could live, or know of anyone who i could stay by?
prob is, ain li kesef... i don't mind working for a family in exchange for living there, or wtvr, but if i rent, it's gotta be cheap, cuz i'm gonna havta to work there and make money to live on besides...

*if anyone has any other ideas...

You might want to "shop around" in different sems for an extra room for a little cash.

idk if this is what ur looking for, but maybe u can go on chabad.org and contact a chabad house. maybe they need volenteers and from the ones I know of they acutally pay u and provide board. idk maybe check it out
