Hurricane Sandy is scheduled to hit New York tonight. Many people are scheduled to make chasanas tonight. Some of them postponed the weddings and some did not. Is this a personal choice or is there a Torah opinion on the matter? Should a person postpone a wedding because it will be ruined due to inclement weather?

I know how much a grand wedding means to the Choson and Kallah and to the Mechutanim. Still, I would not recommend postponing the Chasana. Postponing a wedding is problematic from a Torah standpoint, and we should not to do it. See here (letter #2).
