Nope, no ideal age. Whenever you and whomever you are close to (parents, mentor, teacher) feel you are ready. When you feel ready to be able to live together with another person, to give 100% to another person, to have and parent children and ready to just be selfless.
Nobody is really ever ready, it's a scary step. But you can be close to ready... and that may be good enough.
