I am a girl in my last year of high school, very interested in growing and learning in terms of Judaism, but for reasons that I won't get into, I unfortunately won't be going to seminary next year (mostly because my parents don't let). I wanted to know how I can make up for that as much as i can - does anyone recommend any books or are there any shiurim I can watch/listen to/read online that will give me the same type of inspiration or learning that I would have gotten in sem? I am going to a college that offers Jewish classes and will be taking as many as I can, but I'm looking for very uplifting-type things, not necessarily very textual. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Wow--good for you that you have such a desire to learn! Hatzlocha rabbah with your growth in ruchnius.
I would recommend reading R' Pincus (many of his seforim have been translated into English) and listening to shiurim on Naaleh.com. There are many shiurim that cover a wide range of topics; many well-known speakers and seminary teachers offer classes (textual as well as non-textual) on the website. It's a great resource.
Hatzlocha rabbah!
