Does Yichud apply with a gay man? What about Shomer Negia?

Based on the following I would say probably yes:

 

 שו"ע אבן העזר - סימן כד 

 סימן כד - אין ישראל חשודים על הרביעה ועל הזכר:

(א) לא נחשדו ישראל על משכב זכר ועל הבהמה, לפיכך אין איסור להתייחד עמהן, ואם נתרחק אפילו מיחוד זכר ובהמה, הרי זה משובח. וגדולי החכמים היו מרחיקין הבהמה, כדי שלא יתייחדו עמה. ובדורות הללו שרבו הפריצים, יש להתרחק מלהתייחד עם הזכר:

 

Although we do not consider our entire generation in the above category, it should apply to Yichud with a gay man, even if the other party involved in the Yichud is not gay.

 

As afar as נגיעה is concerned (we should not use the phrase "Shomer Negiyah", which is not the name of the prohibition), if both parties are gay there would be a prohibition, if not, not.
