1) in the ramchal shiur #6 (http://www.baismedra...shem-15-shiurim) you explain that when the neshama wins the tug of war the guf gets elevated too, 

 

how do we understand that according to those who hold that when moshiach comes we will only be spiritual being without a guf? whats gonna be with the guf, and if nothing what was the elevation for? or what does the elevation mean?

 

2) in the same shiur you say over from the Rmchl in das tevunos,  that the reason we have 613 mitzvohs that it is against our רמ"ח אברים ושס"ה גידין, but not all of us have all 613 mitzvohs as some are for kohanim only etc.i know for example korbonos we achieve the mitzvah by saying the korbonos by davening, is it the same with the other mitzvohs in a similar way? 

 

3) while on this, you say in this shiur,  that "יעקב אבינו לא מת"  means that the highest level of his physical being stayed with him, and thats the רביעית דם (i hope i understood it) whats the reason he stayed with it? and does that apply to the others who went up to shamayim ALIVE? like serach bas osher, eliyahu, etc.?

1 In this world it helps us. Maybe it's like how David Hameelch would be led by his feet to the beis medrash, turnign his physical desires into spiritual ones. Also, it means not having the guf hold one back when he passes away. In addition, it helps in that the neshoma is not encumbered by the guf during death and after. Nt onyly is death itself easier (like the Gemora that says death can range from being like removing a hair from milk, to removing a ball of wool from thorns), but i recal hearing that after death the neshoma (or at least a part of it) needs to wait for the body to undergo a certain amount of decay, this is probably lessened by elevating the guf.

 

2 I think it is the same, if we learn about other mitzvos it is counted as if we did them (I assume intent is necessary here). Another solution, for some reason i think it was the Maharal who said it, that since all of Klal Yisroel is connected, we fill in each other's gaps.

1. The Ramchal holds that the Guf stays with us during our reward. He is talking in that context. According to the others, the Guf still is influenced by the actions of our Free-will, by making the Guf less of an adversary - and if we reach that level, even an assistant - to the Neshama. It helps the Neshama reach higher levels, instead of hindering it from doing so. But in the end, we lose the Guf and remain with the Neshama according to those opinions. 

 

2. Two ways: One, by learning the Halachos of Kohanim etc.; and two, by being connected through ואהבת לרעך to other Jews, including Kohanim, so that we are considered as one body.

 

3. It does not apply to all of them, As to why Yaakov never died, there are different explanations. A simple one is that Yaakov is to remain "alive" so that he is able to remain in touch with what his children need in this world so that he will be able to be מליץ for them. Because וְהַמֵּתִים אֵינָם יוֹדְעִים מְאוּמָה you need someone who is alive to know first hand what the needs of Klall Yisroel are.
