So it's well known that Shabbos is only for the Jews, so I am not even going to ask about it, but what about mitsvos that are considered to be healthy for Jews, such as kashrus or bris (or maybe shatnuz??) and are sometimes deemed by non-Jews to be physically good as well, do any such commandments hold any spiritual value to say a righteous Ben Noah person? Thanks.

Cute question.

No. The fact that they are healthy for Jews does not mean they are healthy for non-Jews. See Chasam Sofer Nidah 9a and Chazon Ish YD 215.

Thanks. What about modesty? Where do we learn that (as far as I understand) it's beneficial for them to behave/ dress modestly as well?

That's because it leads to Gilui Arayos. And also, because it's beneficial for us. if the Umos become a problem for Klall Yisroel, Hashem just gets rid of them and replaces them with others.
