Reform "judaism"

At approximately the end of the 18th century C.E., going into the 19th century C.E.,

how was it possible for Jews to so blatantly disregard the chain of the Mesora of Torah Mi'Sinai

that they invented a completely twisted version of Judaism? How could they go so wrong?

Wasn't the Mesora handed down to Jews, from generation to generation, all over the world, after Churban Bayis Shaynee?

It wasnt in one jump.first there was the introduction of secular educations and values, then the bending of some halachos, and eventually people brought up this way just cast more off. Mostly, and you cans till see this today, it's looking for excuses.I would never suggest reading material by more "liberal" jews, it's really bad for you, but they often have the same pattern. There is something in Judaism that doesn't fit with secular culture, or otherw ise troubles them, or maybe there's something they want from outside. They write about this for a bit, then produce their new interpration to fit things as they wish. While still claiming it's supported by authorities.
It also helps that Graetz's predecessors would deny the objective truth of our Chachamim, saying their decisions were influenced by this or that.

If Rabbi Shapiro would please answer the following, I would greatly appreciate it.

Why are there Jews who were born Modern Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, etc. who don't realize that their way of life is not the truth, and that only the Orthodox Torah Way of life is the truth? Why can't all Jews be born Frum?

How would they know the purpose of Creation and why the Jews are here?

How would they know to search for the truth, if they don't know any better, especially before the Internet was invented?

How does Hashem decide who is born to a Frum family and who to a non-Frum family? Why would Hashem want a Nishama to be born to a non-Frum family, if that Nishama is going to sin, due to lack of knowledge?

My same question holds true for non-Jews. How would they know to live the life of a Noahide, vs. one of the world religions, if they don't know any better, especially before the Internet was invented? How does Hashem decide who will be born Xtian, Moslem, etc.?

I don't think Rav Shapiro comes here anymore, due to his schedule and it being quiet. Maybe try email? As for an answer, we can't know Hashem's calculations. There are other purposes their lives can have. Perhaps they don't get the chance to become a religious Jew due to their neshoma in a previous gilgul, or they can earn that chance for the "next time", or it's just not what they are here for. There's probably more to it, I don't know so much about this.
