Does Bitachon mean Rely on Hashem Entirely (such as for a Rifuah), knowing that He'll heall you,
or to do Hishtadlus as to see a doctor, and then Hashem takes over after the Hishtadlus?
Thank you.

Also, just keep in mind what I once heard Rabbi Krohn point out...
Having bitachon doesn't translate into "as long as I have bitachon, I will be fine, and have a refuah sheleima" - it means "I will do everything I can, and trust that Hashem is capable of anything, and can and will heal me if that is what is best... BUT I also realize that no matter how things turn out, whether or not they seem "good" to my subjective, limited vision, Hashem is in charge, He has a plan, and ultimately, whatever He does is for the best, and I trust Him."

There is a Machlokes about this. That is one opinion. Not everyone agrees.

If a person needs to decide between 2 options and can't decide,
may he ask Hashem to give him a sign that 1 of the options is the correct or better one?
Thank you.
No. Ask Hashem for siyata d'shmaya to make the right decision. It doesn't mean Hashem will answer your request by giving you the siyata d'shmaya, but at least you're asking for the right thing.
